- Carter Murphy was born Saturday Jan 12th at 1:53 a.m. He was born at 26.5 weeks. (full term is 40 weeks) He was 15.56 ounces and 10.75 inches long. Carter hung on strong for one month. We lost our sweet baby boy on Feb 12, 2008.

You personally know your guardian angel. You've seen his face and you named him Carter. I'm so sorry he didn't get to live with us mortals for very long but he gets to walk with the angels for eternity. You'll get to dance with him on streets of gold in the next life. Also I know that you just really loved them and they might want to know what happened or about Carter's services. I know there is nothing that I can say that hasn't already been said. All I really want to do is hug you and cry with you for a long, long time. It is so powerful to see how many lives your angel touched in his few and precious days.

We unfortunately never had the pleasure of being formerly introduced. Your mom did a great job though of keeping us informed daily of you and your progress for the past month and I thank her dearly for that. Luke and Tiffany: I am Nyree's step mom, Carol. Ny told me about Carter and I have been praying and hoping the best for your baby since then. The days ahead will be very difficult. Just allow yourselves to grieve, cry, be angry and sad. What you are going through is the most painful experience you will ever know.
Remember, that some day you will be able to laugh again and mean it and follow through on your pursuit of a dream home and esp. a beautiful child/children to fill your heart with love and faith again. Bless you both.
